Authorization
All security testing requires written authorization from the asset owner before any work begins. Solution Cyber will not perform testing against systems for which the client cannot provide explicit authorization.
Acceptable Use
Our services, courses, and materials may not be used for any illegal purpose. Knowledge gained through our training is to be applied only in authorized, ethical, and lawful contexts.
Confidentiality
Findings, deliverables, and engagement details are treated as confidential. We are happy to enter into mutual NDAs as needed.
No Guarantee of Findings
Penetration testing is a point-in-time assessment based on best efforts. We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified, and the absence of findings does not imply the absence of risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solution Cyber's total liability arising out of or related to any engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for that engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Solution Cyber LLC is registered.

Engagement Transparency
All penetration testing engagements are performed under authorized written consent only. Clients retain full ownership of their systems and authorize testing scope prior to execution. All findings are delivered in structured security reports aligned with OWASP and industry standards.
